Although the rug looked great, it had to be sadly returned. It was flawed down the middle with a white stripe and hard bits. Customer service was amazing, I emailed them, told them the problem and was sent a return label immediately.

I am absolutely in love with this area rug. Thick and soft on the feet, vibrant colors and bound very well. Others stated the corners weren't laying flat. I fully expected that from a rolled carpet so I layed it face down for a couple of hours which helped a great deal. There was a little curling still so I used double sided 3M tape to secure the corners (the kind that doesn't wreck anything). All I can say again is I LOVE IT and am currently looking at other rugs for my diningroom from this company!! Well worth the small price!!!

 Exactly like photos. Nice carpet with compact and soft pile. A note that it says 7'6" X 5'3" on packaging so slightly different than listed 7' 7" advertised. Measure 7ft 6 inches. Have since bought the 2.3 X 8 foot runner as well. (Actually 2.2 x 8 !!) It is good quality and soft but I wish they offered a choice a few inches wider (or at least 2.3) as a little narrow for an entryway (maybe 2.9 X 8 feet?) . It also needs a no skid mat or tape under it if using it on smooth flooring. Skids easily.I do like the carpet runner. A bit darker colours..less cream which works with entryway better. It is nice and as described other than measurement.

This was purchased to replace a existing area rug that I am told was no longer fashionable.Delivery was timely but as expected a item of this size comes rolled and covered in cling wrap. Not sure if that may affect some peoples purchase decision or not (plastics vs cardboard etc).It did have a tendency to want to curl from being rolled so long, but that was easily resolved with some two sided tape to hold the corners down.The pets enjoy it and prefer to lie on it over carpeting or dog beds.The pile of the rug is short enough that our robot vacuum has no problem traversing it or cleaning it.I suppose the only real unknown is how difficult it will be to get wine or ketchup stains out. Haha.

When I bought this rug, I honestly thought it would be 'just okay' for the price I paid (inexpensive - really). It is AWESOME - looks exactly like the picture, super soft, corners flattened after leaving a heavy book on each corner overnight...I am ABSOLUTELY buying more from this same company. Seriously - if you are on the fence, jump off and grab one of these. You will NOT be disappointed! :)
